The Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of our firm with regard to the terms and conditions for the passengers and as a participant in point-to-point transport.
As a passenger, the Customer is subject to the laws and regulations that are specific to Australia. These laws and rules apply to the Customer regardless of where they go in Australia.
Any customer or their representatives who make a reservation with SilverSydneyCabs are subject to the terms and conditions, and by doing so, they indicate that they have read and agree to both the Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

- By booking with Silver Sydney Cabs, the Customer agrees to gather personal information such as their cell number, mobile handset ID, location, and card information.

- Our privacy policy conditions and these terms and conditions must be read to safeguard your data, including your name, booking, mobile number, address, and other information supplied by you willingly.
- You agree that Silver Sydney Cabs is not responsible for any loss, liability, damage, or expense resulting from using any interfaced platform or by the third-party service provider, for any act or omission of the third-party service provider who may have access to your personal information provided in our website while booking.

- Passengers agree to take all required procedures for their own safety and security, including verifying the driver’s identification and the vehicle’s registration number. Silver Sydney Cabs disclaims all duty for physical injury, property damage, or other damages suffered by booking and utilizing our car.
- In the case of an unavoidable delay, there will be no refund. Strike, force majeure, detours, or other obstacles may delay reaching the scheduled destination.
- Silver Sydney Cabs will help guests find lost things in the car, but the passenger is not liable for anything lost due to irresponsibility.
Please Acknowledge
The Customer is in severe violation of the terms and conditions if they make any bookings that are not approved by the Company. Silver Sydney Cabs reserves the right to terminate your access to the Silver Sydney Cabs website, application, and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without prior notice. In addition, https://silversydneycabs.com reserves the right to sue the Customer for any injuries caused to the driver or to the vehicle as a result of the Customer’s behavior.
